Description:
After twenty years, the Plague has taken hold of humanity. As their numbers dwindle more with each passing year, the supernatural community has become restless and filled with dissent at what will happen.
Ten vampires of varying ages come together to agree on one thing: they don't want to starve to death. They all believe that eventually the Plague will pass and humanity will repopulate itself. They like the natural order: the humans in control, with the vampires pulling their strings.
They call upon the wiccan Adriel, an old friend of _________, to place them under a spell that will let them sleep for five hundred years: this way, they will awaken strong, and to a new world filled with new delights to explore, but most of all a world re-filled with generations of humans.
The vampires and Adriel retreat into the frozen tundra of Siberia, finding a cave where they will not be unearthed or disturbed before their five hundred years are up. The wiccan places them under the spell--but with a catch: should her bloodline end, they will awaken before their 500 years are up.
Among the ten vampires are: Parris DuBois, Louis Fevre, (vampire 1), (vampire 2), (vampire 3).
