Description:
Arcturus Helle-Child, in an attempt to rival the newly consolidated Bone King, names himself Blood King.He establishes the Vampire Court in the former Ivangorod Fortress.
Vampire society is mostly formed outside the fortress in an abandoned town, but the town soon falls into savage madness. Those who don't wish to be caught up in constant fights, rings of feeding, and Human fight-rings retreat to the fortress.
