Description:
A group of Irish workers resorted to violence, in 1875, after their poor treatment in Coal mines. They had were then hung unjustly, in 1877. This all happened because the coal miners were forced to work in extremely inhumane working conditions. They then became extremely angry and restless after their employers lack of action and change. They then formed the Molly Maguires in rebellion of their employers. They were later posthumously pardoned.
