Gaius Octavius, or Imperātor Caesar Dīvī Fīlius Augustus, becomes Emperor of Rome. Technically, Julius Caeser was self-proclaimed "dictator" and not "emperor", however, the Senate "gave" Augustus (Octavian, Octavius) the title of Emperor.
