Description:

During the French Revolution, the French revolutionaries wanted war with Austria because they thought that it would unify France and they had a genuine desire to to spread new ideas to Europe. Also, on top of European monarchs having suspicion on France, they had seen the overthrow of Louis XVI and were worried that some of their perspectives would spread there. But, they couldn’t unite because both sides of monarchs were too suspicious of each other.
