nov 27, 1888 - Jefferson SMith creates Tivoli Club, a gambling saloon on 17th street of Denver. Gambling opportunities, fake insurance policies, fake lotteries, and absurd auctions. Starting selling soap bars on the streets of Denver with a chance to "win money" in each pack of soap. 17th street between Union Station became the streets of DOOM.
