He was known for building lots of monuments and for having strong military strategies
Had over 100 wives & children
and had hundreds of statues of himself out through Egypt, some over 60ft tall
he was a fearless military leader of the Egyptian army.
He signed the first peace treaty with the Hitties.
One of his greatest projects was the tempal complex at the Abu Simbel.
He had more monuments built than any other pharaoh in history.
His tomb was made solely for him and
his mummy is one of the best perserved bodies ever found
