Within a week of trying to take down Hakim, Ana and Morrison round up a number of his associates and whittle away at his organization. Because of this, Hakim goes further underground, turning their hunt into a waiting game.While on stakeout, Ana and Morrison reminisce over old photos. Ana has more patience than Morrison during the stakeout, due to her experience as a sniper, while Morrison spent most of the time thinking about Reyes. Finally, they catch sight of Hakim, at which point Ana takes out her Bastet mask. She explains that Jack's Soldier: 76 persona inspires her. As "Bastet," she won't be a hunter, but a protector.
The capture Hakim and dismantle his organization, and Ana's actions as "Bastet" catch the attention of Egypt's media, even forcing the government to act on Hakim's crimes.
