Description:
Morrison is out for two days, over which Ana spends time gathering supplies. When he wakes up, she explains her motivations for her actions in Egypt, but accuses Morrison of fighting Talon out of a desire for revenge rather than justice. She alsoThe two disagree on how to approach things, with Ana focusing on Hakim's exploitation of Egypt and how it is suffering, while Morrison wants to focus on the bigger picture and the threat Talon represents. The two refuse to agree and Morrison storms out.
After he leaves, Ana goes on her computer to find that he had been on it earlier, and finds out that he has been tracing Reaper's movements. Ana decides to become Bastet, using a mask of the cat goddess she found in the Necropolis.
Making his way into Cairo's night, Morrison is uneasy, reflecting that Reyes knows he's onto him and now he needs to move on. After returning to the Necropolis and reuniting with Ana, he proposes a deal that if he helps her take down Hakim, she'll help him in his anti-Talon crusade and go after the Reaper. Ana accepts under the condition that they also apprehend Hakim's associates, which Morrison agrees to. Their plan is to start at the bottom of Hakim's syndicate, starving him of resources, and forcing him out into the open.
Hakim movies between safe houses in Cairo to stay out of sight, though Morrison is able to track down a number of them, and he finds one that is conducive to their plans. He rents a bare apartment overlooking the safe house and watch the place overnight.
