Soldier: 76 attacks former Overwatch facility Watchpoint: Grand Mesa, which is currently overseen by personnel from Helix Security International, where he steals a pulse rifle.Helix Security International personnel attempt to engage him, but 76 escapes apprehension. None of the personnel are killed, though some are treated for non-threatening injuries.
One of them later states (under conditions of anonymity) that the assailant possessed strength and speed beyond anything a normal person should possess, and that he likely had military training.
