Description:

In February, Roosevelt, Churchill, and Stalin met in Yalta. There they divided Germany into 4 parts, allotting one part to each of the 4 Ally powers. They divided Berlin this way also. In Yalta, they also established an international body to replace the League of Nations. They created a General Assembly and Security Counsel, which contained the US, Britain, France, China, and the Soviet Union. This dividing of Germany split her up, allowing for the split of east and west Germany in the future.
