The Dragster is a pretty interesting vehicle. It's a kit car intended to drag or mess around on track, and it's very capable. It's the latest creation by Romanov Industries, a company best known for it's industrial machinery, but in later years have been attempting to enter the automobile scene.

Needless to say, the Dragster is not road lega. It's a 1 ton big boy track toy featuring a twinturbo V8 engine, making 550 horsepower and almost 760 Nm of torque, so it's very playful. Gearbox is no slouch either, a 8 gear high-tech automatic and all this power goes straight to the rear wheels.

Performance numbers are impressive, going from 0-100kmh in 2.5 seconds and reaching 301kmh, so it's not for the faint of heart, which seems to be a theme for some of Romanov's models.

Buying the kit will set you back $70.600, but you can pay extra to have it delivered to you assembled and ready to run. Initial response has been very positive, but no orders have been delivered yet, but first batch is expected to reach customers in may and according to Oberon, Romanov's CEO, everything is going according to plan.
