mar 8, 2014 - 2014 EAGLE Motor Company Mogul 6.5 VIP

Description:

In 2014 Eagle Motor Company introduced the Mogul 6.5 VIP. It was no secret for what demographic this luxury barge was intended for. With the words "Mogul" and "VIP" in the name, and a price of around 100 grand, it was quite clearly meant as a very high end car for those with the deepest pockets. There were, however, plenty of valid reasons for this pricepoint.

The engine was a true torque monster. A 6.5L twinturbo V8 making around 650 horsepower and 1072 Nm of torque, and to say it was quick would be an understatement. Top speed peaked at 331kmh and it reaches 0-100kmh in only 3.4 seconds, all while weighing 2.3 ton.

Gearbox is a state of the art 8 gear advanced automatic, feeding power to a very sophisticated AWD drivetrain. The interior is mostly handmade leather and the exterior comes in deep shiny black flake paint, with chrome rims and trim, and a top of the line suspension system ensured the smoothest ride, while still allowing for decent performance driving.

The Mogul was a good fit for Eagle's high-end lineup, complimenting the luxury SUV, Agnosis V8 LX, released in 2012. It sold well, and is still on sale today, doing quite well.

It's safe to say that the Mogul attracted some very exclusive high profile clientele. Eagle's highest profile customer ever bought a fleet of the Mogul and had them customized extensively, adding bulletproof plating and windows, along with a whole lot of other specialized modifications.

Yes, this elusive client was the White House.
