Description:
On the 3rd of December the government troops attacked the stockade, when it was lightly guarded. The reason why the stockade was lightly guarded was because the diggers thought that the government troop would attack very soon but they didn’t because the government troops also had a plan. At least 22 diggers and six soldiers were killed.Added to timeline:
