Description:
Captain Cook and the First Fleet carrying 750-780 convicts travelled from England to Australia for 252 days and arrived in Australia at Botany Bay on the 24th of January 1778 and Captain Arthur Phillip raised the British flag. They did this so they could have a place to put all the convicts as the prisons in Britain were getting full.
