Description:

The FX-5 is a fairly durable pickup truck released in 2008. Despite rather lackluster GPI scores, it actually did pretty well in rural areas and in regions with heavy snowfall in wintertime, due to being a capable offroader and with a wallet friendly sticker price.

Engine is a naturally aspirated V6, which is a bit unusual for EAGLE. It makes around 306 horsepower and 325 Nm of torque. It comes fit with chunky offroad tires and is designed to go off the beaten track, which it did quite well.

Eagle made a formal complaint to the GPI scoring commission following the FX-5's subpar scores, as offroading capabilities are not well reflected in the GPI scoring system. Their case is still pending, but no one is expecting the GPI to change.
