sep 1, 1923 - In Corfu an Italian General, Tellini was killed along with his team. Musollini the Italian leader at the time believed the Greeks were behind it. Musollini occupied the island of Corfu and the Greeks appealed to the League who decided that the Greeks should pay compensation and that Italy should leave.
