Auctor Standard
Description:
The Auctor lineup was release in summer of 2005 in three trims:
- Standard
- Sport
- Track-Edition
All three trims share the same engine base, a 1.6L inline 4 cylinder engine, and a FWD drivetrain.
This, the Standard trim, was a very basic, cheap hatchback. The engine in the standard trim was a humble naturally aspirated base trim, making 97 horsepower.
The purpose of the Auctor was to simply be a cheap, practical everyday car, but it never picked up on the markets. Main issue was pretty bad fuel economy, and people were not fond of its looks.
It didn't stay in production for very long and was already discontinued in late 2006.
