Description:

On October 1st, 2017, the revolutionary Modbox 2.0 was launched. Although identical to the original Modbox at first glance, a closer look shows that there are 5 channels instead of the usual 4. DAzombieRE managed to copy an entire line of code and repurpose it as a fifth channel. Although there were many bugs at first, they were quickly fixed and new features continued to be added to Modbox.

Now that regular BeepBox and almost every other mod supports up to 8 channels or more, Modbox 2.0 is outdated. However, with the addition of the Modbox 2.3 website, it caught up with the 8 channel scheme.
