Father: sober for a few years, some mental illness but doesn't interfere with parenting, strong bond with children, was arrested for DV though was released and going to DV counseling, father removed children out of home, willing to change, very cooperative, any kind of substance abuse if unfounded, has full custody of children, family and FPS provider support, working and children in daycare
