Referent stated Cherokee has an inflamed vagina and mother refuses to go to doctor; mother neglects children (not bathed in days and have an unpleasant smell of urine and feces), if children walk out of room the mother screams for them to get back in their rooms, and home is dirty. Children are afraid of mother (recoil and/or cling to other adults visiting)
