This report describes a series of children's negligence to come home where they say they were with the blooper lady while they were missing. All the children have seemed to return with a small wound on their throats, they think to have been made by rats or small dogs. They describe the case of a recently returned child with the same wounds who was incredibly weak, emaciated, and told about being lured away by the blooper lady.
