Description:

The MOST (Microvariability and Oscillation of Stars) telescope was launched in 2003. It was the first Canadian telescope after a 33 year hiatus. It was made to study star vibrations / pulsations (asteroseismology). It’s tiny, “about the size and shape of a large suitcase”, and it completed one orbit around Earth every 201 minutes.
