“Blonde” is R&B artist Frank Ocean’s second studio album. The long awaited album was first titled “Boys Don’t Cry,” and was anticipated to be released in July 2015. It was actually released in August 2016, and it was titled “Blonde.” The album was well received by critics, earning several awards. The Album was released as a prime exclusive on Apple Music and iTunes, as Frank Ocean is an independent artist. I first encountered this album on the day that it was released. It has come to be my absolute favorite album. When I listened to “4:44” for the first time, I listened to the song “Caught Their Eyes,” because Frank Ocean is featured.
