German Labour Front
- After the independent trade unions were banned, the DAF was set up
- Controlled wages and working hours
- Dealt with disobedience, training, housing, living necessities, and recreation
- Workers who benefited most and who's wages grew were ones working in the sector of rearmament and the war effort
- Working hours of the labour force increased gradually throughout the regime which increased discontent.
Reich Food Estate
- Supervised all aspects of agricultural production, distribution, food prices, and wages
- Farmers wages increased, however there was discontent with the control and there was still 3% migration to cities

- German big businesses and small businesses/lower middle class also helped, however small businesses success continued to decline despite
