Eagle Motor Company released the Emperor in July of 1965 and it launched in two trims:

Emperor Luxe V8
Emperor Sport Convertible V8

The Sport trim set you back a bit more then the Luxe version, coming in at $4.370.

It came with the same big block 6.7L V8 but completely revamped, now making 439Hp and 632 Nm of torque. It also dropped the sluggish 3 speed automatic gearbox for a 4 speed manual.

It didn't sell in the same volume as the Luxe, but still was a fairly successful model.
