Description:

- Ernst Röhm, and other main leaders of the SA, killed on order of Hitler

- In order to dissolve the SA as a military body; they were socialist (consisting of mostly young and poorer Germans) and dissatisfied with the turnout of Hitlers "revolution", calling for a "second revolution"

- Allowed the emergence of the SS

- The German military now supported Hitler (required to take oath of loyalty)
