Description:
The worlds largest naval powers gathered in Washington D.C. for a conference to discuss naval disarmament. This resulted in three treaties. on 19 Dec 1934 Japan openly refused to abide by the terms when they where trying to take over much of Asia. The treaty gave Japan 315,000 in total tonnage of naval strength while America and Britain were allowed 525,000 each.
