Description:
The deal between France and the US that gave the US all of the Louisiana Territory for $15 million. This purchase also made Thomas Jefferson become a federalist. The Louisiana Territory stretched from the Great Lakes to the Gulf of Mexico and from the Appalachian Mountains to the Rocky Mountains.
