Description:

German appeasement was caused by Hitler and his Nazi Germany becoming more and more aggressive and invading other countries around him ignoring the treaty of Versailles. This caused the loss of Czechoslovakia and other smaller countries to the Nazis in hope that this would deplete the chances of another war to break out. The effect that this had was that emboldened Hitler and his allies to be more and more aggressive because the allies went willing to push back and set boundaries.
