Description:

The Treaty of Versailles was an agreement between France, Germany, Britain, Austria-Hungary, Japan and the United States. This agreement officially finalised the end of WW1 as the countries had agreed not to fight anymore. Germany was greatly affected by the treaty as it took full blame for the war. The country was forced to give away land to France and pay a fine of over $442 billion for the damage they had caused.
