Description:
The German- Soviet Non-Aggression Pact was a pact signed between Germany and the Soviet Union. It was signed on August 23rd, 1939 right before World War II broke out. This pact meant that these two countries would not be taking any military actions against each other or attacking each other for a time frame of about 10 years. The German-Soviet Nonaggression Pact was broken just two years after in June 1941, because Nazi forces invaded the Soviet Union.
