feb 15, 1673 - Intensified restrictions
Description:
Following the rebellion, strict laws were enacted. More than three black slaves could not meet together, and the master had the rights to punish his slaves if he thought it was right – as long as the slave didn’t die. Slave with weapons would be punished, and involvement in a conspiracy would lead to execution.
