dec 6, 2014 - I was in middle school around this time and was about 11-12 years old. Throughout middle school, I had obviously learned a lot but haven´t reached my learning capacity. I was becoming and molding into a young adult and I had responsibilities. Doing things wasn´t easy so I did better with encouragement and nice words. I was a mentally weak girl so those helped. I needed some support to help me get through things.

Description:

This stage relates to the industry vs. inferiority stage of Erikson´s psychosocial stages of development. The age range for this stage is 5-12 years. In this stage, children are gaining intelligence and will do better with encouragement and positive feedback. They would feel inferior instead of competent without them.
