Description:
For a long time, people were kidnapped from their families in Africa and forced to work in the British colonies. After a long struggle, people were starting to agree to stop slavery.
But it wasn't until 1806 that the movement was starting gain lots of attention. A man called Lord Grenville gave a moving speech that was the last push. The next year, the act finally took place.
