mar 2, 1938 - German Appeasement… ending with the invasion of Poland
Description:
After the League of Nations folded a new way to keep the peace was needed. Politicians came up with appeasement, a policy of giving Hitler what he wanted and asked for to refrain him from starting WW2. They thought be only wanted what was reasonable and once he was satisfied with his demands he would stop. Hitler didn’t stop wanting to take over more and more countries, this lead to the start of WW2 as he wanted to take control of the whole world.
