Description:

In June of 1752, Benjamin Franklin was in Philadelphia where his famous experiment would take place. He decided to use a key that he attached to a kite which he flew into the storm. As soon as he could tell that the key was receiving electricity from the storm he was able to deduce that lighting was a form of electricity.
