Description:
Occuring at approximately 10 AM one of the fifteen tanks at the ITC facility caught fire, emissions were released into nearby airs and water. There about 4 dozen animal deaths and no human deaths or serious injury. About 120,000 barrels of oily water and 172,000 barrels of product and firefighting foam was removed from the water ways.
