Description:
The German-Soviet Non-Aggression pact was a pact signed by Soviet Russia and Germany in 1939 in an agreement to not invade the other country or assist any outside efforts to invade that country. The pact was broken in 1941 when Germany invaded Russia as part of World War two. The international advisor that made the pact with the Soviet Union was then arrested.
