Nicola Sacco, born on April 22, 1891, was an American anarchist, along with his partner: Bartolomeo Vanzetti, born on June 11, 1888. Both men were anarchists. These men were convicted of murdering a paymaster and a guard during the April 15, 1920 armed robbery of Slater and Morrill in Braintree, Massachusetts. The men were convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to death
