causes:The treaty of Versailles was made to stop conflict between the allied forces and Germany's army. the Germans wanted to unite there forces with Austria to have a larger army but they were forbidden from it.

The France and the Brits got attacked, and the damages were against equipment and infrastructure which led to the Germans to accept the responsibility to pay money to the French and the Brits to repair the damages made by Germany and this was called reparations.

effects: The treaty was directly focused at Germany
