Met to discuss final strategy and crucial questions concerning post war Germany, Eastern Europe, and Asia. At the conference the Big Three (Roosevelt, Churchill, Stalin) agreed that Poland, Bulgaria, and Romania would hold free elections. Later Stalin went back on this promise.
