jun 1, 1943 - 6. Korematsu v US

Description:

After the attack on Pearl Harbor, the US no longer trusted any Japanese people that resided in America. They required all Japanese people to move to special housing plans so they could be sure they weren't being betrayed. Fred Toyosaburo Korematsu said this was a violation of his rights, and took his case to the supreme court.
