In 1830, Ecuador got autonomous from Spain. They had a war that would last from 1820 to 1822. Ecuador had a war with a few South American armed forces and Spain over control of the terrains of the Royal Audience of Quito. Enduring an extreme melancholy all through the vast majority of the eighteenth century and Ecuador's urban communities tumbling to ruins prompted a longing for autonomy.
