The Property Enterprise Board was established for the acquisition and sale of council properties and for the development and management of the administration buildings, halls, shops in parking buildings and the transport terminal, rental, emergency, pensioner, service housing and own your own housing, improvement trust properties, parking buildings and all other council properties including the Town Hall, but not including parks and reserves or roads and accessways.
