Description:

Renfield has had sudden outbursts of violence. At 5 o'clock he seemed content and happy catching flies and tallying his catches. He requested for sugar and I supplied him double his normal amount. Later that night he had a fit and recovered extremely quickly. He then proceeded to brush the sugar out the window and dump his flies out the window. I asked him if he liked the flies and he responded saying they are rubbish.
