aug 28, 1963 - Martin Luther King Jr. Speech

Description:

On the 100th anniversary of the emancipation proclamation, black leaders planned a rally officially called “The march on Washington for jobs and freedom” which would hopefully help pass the Civil Rights Bill through Congress. More than 200,000 people met to hear the speech for equality, presented by Martin Luther King Jr. "I have a dream."
