Description:
Seward watches Lucy for the night and realizes that when she is asleep she will tear the garlic away from her, but when she wakes up, she will pull them closer, she does this multiple times throughout the night. Around 6am, she asked for the drapes to be opened and Seward realizes that the two punter wounds are gone. van Helsing says she is near death and wants Arthur to say his goodbyes. Before she dies, she asked Arthur to kiss her but he is thrown back by Vanhelsing because of the way her voice sounded. Seward tends to the preparations of Lucy's funeral. Van helping places a crucifix on her mouth and tells Seward that he wants to remove her heart and her head. He later changes his mind, after learning that the crucifix was stolen by an unethical servant. Lucy dies.
