Description:

At nightfall, she feels uneasy and her mother joins her in bed. A wolf breaks through the window and Mrs. Westenra has a heart attack and dies. Her mother falls on her accidentally tearing off the garlic. Lucy starts seeing specks in the air and becomes unconscious. When Lucy wakes up, 4 maid arrive and put Mrs. Westenra in a sheet. Lucy tells them to get some wine to ease their nerves. She goes to check on them and finds them drugged and unconscious. She writes a memorandum of the events and puts them in her nightgown.
