Description:
The area is about a mile off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and 70 miles northeast of Baltimore. On the car, blood was smeared on the driver's side door and left front fender. Inside the car, money and cell phone equipment were scattered throughout the interior, and a pool of blood is on the right rear floor.
